well, school is back in session. i made it through my first week and now and on my way through the second one. mandy came in town friday and we went and saw Underworld: Evolution. yeah, i'm so glad there wasn't a porn scene in that movie. all our faces were red from embarrasment. but i had fun. did absolutly nothing on saturday. it was wonderful. today is my long day. i am at school from 9 am till 8 pm. it is like that on wednesday too but i have a lab today and i don't have one on wednesday. sigh. well, i'm going to finish my lunch. love y'all.

Yeah, I looked away during that part...it was really terrible. Me and a girl in Latin were discussing the movie before class this morning. She hated it, and I was like, "Yeah, I could have done without the soft-core porn scenes," and she started cracking up! We also were discussing how crazy Tom Cruise is, but that's a different story for a different day!

A student group I'm in is going to see a movie this weekend. The people who had already seen Underworld vetoed it. They said that all the sex was probably to distract from how bad the plot was. And apparently even that couldn't hide all the stupidity. So we're watching something else instead.

Too bad though, it's got to be hard to screw up an vampires vs. werewolves popcorn flick. But Hollywood can screw up anything.

Yeah, like in one scene the main character asks for a flashlight and then proceeds to walk cautiously through an abandoned building shining the flashlight to see...whatever happened to vampires being able to see in the dark?!!! They ARE supernatural creatures after all...I think I've just read too much Anne Rice, been spoiled on the good stuff...
